It’s good to remember that our chocolate is raw and free of preservatives. Because of this it has particular care instructions. Your chocolate needs to be stored in a cool, dry and dark place below 18 degrees centigrade.

In warmer locations or during Summer months, it may be necessary to relocate Pana Chocolate away from sunny locations within the store, to ensure it remains in air-conditioned comfort.
